There Are No Limits.

Where is your finish line? What is your maximum effort? How can you possibly know that you cannot move further or do one more rep, one more set or simply run one more mile? Think about these questions before you jump into the article.

I am going to ask you just another question, how many push-ups can you do? Five? Ten? Twenty? Fifty? Or whatever the number might be, who defined this limit? You. There is no such thing as a limit, you define your own limits, you say it is done for me today, you say you cannot move further. Now, the push-up was such an arbitrary example, how many pages can you read, how many hours can you work without sleeping, how many miles can you run before you quit, etc. Ask anything you want to ask yourself, you will be surprised to know that you have been defining your limits to yourself since forever and make no mistake no one can define that, but, only you.

People don’t move.

We all know people who complain a lot, about their jobs, about their performances, about their relationships, but why? Because they have settled, they have settled for what they got, not what they earned.

| Marianne Williamson said it, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we’re powerful beyond measure.”

What do you think? What might be stopping you? I can answer that for you, you are stopping you, you have artificially created your limits, believe it or not, there is a cage inside your mind, break free…

Eddie Pinero, he is an amazing motivational speaker and he quoted an example in his speech ‘Live without limits’, he said, how many buckets of water can you pour into an ocean before it physically cannot hold any more liquid and overflows? No one knows the number, you can stop at a thousand, at a million, at a trillion but at some point, you will pour the last bucket, that is human potential. The question is, at that moment, could you pour one more bucket? That will determine your position, your character, your willingness to succeed.

| Be someone who has the courage to run even after the finish line.

  • leave your comfort zone
  • leave your comfort zone

Because, only when you push ahead of your limits, you will find new limits to break and get out of your comfort zone.

What you think creates reality for yourself and the more limits you place on yourself, the more difficult it will be for you. Life is hard enough as it is, you don’t need additional hurdles, right? Just don’t place a limit on anything, the farther you dream, the farther you’re gonna get.

Next time when you say you’re done, think about it, is that all that I can give? Be someone who inspires others to keep going, be a fighter with no limits.
